No Appointment Needed Program
To participate in our "No Appointment Needed" discounted tax preparation program:
Send us copies of all your tax documents, and keep original documents for your records using any one of the following methods:
- SmartVault - Our secure online portal that you can access from our website @ www.summitfinancial1.com. We recommend AdobeScan or AppleNotes to create clear, readable PDF files of your tax documents. Please do not send pictures of documents.
- Drop Off - Bring copies of your documents to our office.
- Email - Send documents securely via email to: info@summitfinancial1.com.
- Mail - Send copies of your tax information (preferably via certified mail) to 9340 Fuerte Drive, Suite 207, La Mesa, CA 91941.
Once we receive your information, your tax advisor will review your documents and data at their earliest convenience then contact you with questions and let you know when your taxes are ready for filing. Prior to filing, our team will email you for payment for our fee and electronic signatures on forms necessary for filing.
You will receive a 10% discount on your tax preparation fee for participating. If you decide that you do want an appointment with your advisor, the 10% discount cannot be given.
