This option is a great fit if you’re organized, have a straightforward tax situation, and haven’t had any major life or tax changes. If you’re comfortable uploading your documents and prefer a simple, hands-off process, this program offers a smooth, low-stress experience—plus a 10% discount on your tax preparation fee.
How it works
Step 1: Upload all 2025 tax documents by March 15th, 2026
Submit copies of all your tax documents through SmartVault, our secure online portal, available via our website at www.summitfinancial1.com.
Please keep the originals for your records. We recommend using Adobe Scan or iPhone Notes to create clear PDF files. Photos of documents are often hard to read, so PDFs work best.
Step 2: We prepare your return
Once we receive your documents, your tax advisor will review everything and reach out if any questions come up. When your return is ready, we’ll email you to collect payment and request electronic signatures. After that, we’ll take care of filing your return.
Participation in this program includes a 10% discount on your tax preparation fee. If you prefer to meet with your advisor, the return will be prepared under our standard pricing without the discount.
